Situated at 7 Sou-West Lane in Long River, is this cozy three-season water view cottage with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. This cottage is located at the end of the street in a very quiet cottage subdivision that has spectacular views of the Sou'West River.
The master is upstairs with a queen bed, desk, ensuite (stand-up shower), and walk-in closet. The second bedroom is downstairs which has a bunk bed with trundle (3 twin beds). The main bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
There are 2 heat pumps for air conditioning in the cottage - one in the main area downstairs and the other upstairs in the master bedroom. There are also convection/baseboard heaters in the bedrooms and bathrooms.
There is wifi and satellite TV. As for appliances, there is a stackable washer and dryer and the kitchen has a fridge, stove, built-in microwave, and dishwasher and Keurig Coffee Machine.
The floors are tile and wood - pine in the downstairs bedroom and maple in the living room and master bedroom- so no pets please!
Just a 5 minute walk away is the river where you can launch your personal kayaks, and even go for a swim! We suggest bringing water shoes, as sometimes it can be rocky.
