Our home is in a quiet neighborhood one block from the lush Fraserview Golf Course, very popular for both golfing and morning strolls. We are 20 minutes away from both the YVR airport and Vancouver's Cruise Terminal. Whether you are planning a vacation with family or friends, a romantic getaway or just some you time, do so in the utmost of comfort. Our suite will be sure to suit your needs.
This private basement suite is comfortably furnished & boasts a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, hand mixer, coffee maker, ground coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, etc. The TV is equipped with Disney Plus, and complimentary WiFi is available. Both bathrooms are fully equipped with towels, body soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryers, bathroom tissue, etc. All beds are readily made for you with freshly laundered sheets & comforter covers! In suite washer and dryer makes it convenient for you to do your laundry at ease. Laundry detergent is also supplied. Iron and ironing board available.
Street parking (free) is always available right in front of the home. The entrance to the private suite is at the back of the house and all rooms are all on one floor. There is a small staircase to go down to enter your oasis.
No car? No problem! Bus transit is a few steps away. We are only a 9-minute drive from Metrotown, Canada's 3rd largest shopping mall. We are 20 minutes to Downtown Vancouver via car. Nearby playground is only a 5 minute stroll away. Champlain Square is a 3 minute drive away (or 13 minute walk) and there you will find multiple grocery stores, Starbucks, restaurants, a pharmacy, A&W restaurant, and much more!
