Summary: Upon my arrival the check in was pretty standard. I have a teacup Yorkie so I requested a pet friendly room. Once I received the key I proceeded to the room and once I opened the door their was an odd scent and also, the bed comforter was stained. I did reach out to the clerk at the front desk who only offered to change the sheets. House keeping came in and changed the bedding. I had and event so my spouse and I Left right after that. Once I return to the the room my wife began to take a shower and noticed the bathroom vent didn't work. I once again called the front desk and spoke to the night shift clerk who immediately moved us to the room next door. This room smelled fresh. The furniture in this room was not damaged or torn like in The previous room. My wife and I looked at each and decided this would be our to last time staying at Red Roof. At this point I had many questions.why did the clerk not change our room in the beginning when we informed her about the bad scent and the dirty comforter? That just common courtesy And also, I wondered if I had of been of another ethnicity would we have been treated this way. I have stayed at this red roof inn a few times and never had an experience like this . I be coming back to Clarksville for labor Day. But I not be staying at the Red Roof ever again.

Summary: I was in town for a high school graduation and did not want to spend a lot of money on a room that I was only going to use for 8 hours.
The room was nice enough, but the surrounding rooms contained guests that were noisy and congregated and spoke quite loudly right outside my door.
I would have preferred a room on the ground floor because I have sciatica and a bad knee but was told by the front desk clerk there were no rooms available "in my category" on the ground floor.
I have stayed at Red Roof Inns before, but over the years their quality and trustworthiness has steadily declined. I feared that the room would be horrible and the surrounding clientele would be loud and invasive. This is probably the last time I will choose Red Roof Inn for my lodging.... the older I get the more I want upscale convenience.

Summary: I needed a hotel that would accomodate my dog and not charge a fortune and this hotel was a good option. The front desk was very helpful and friendly and the room was nice with a comfortable bed. I really liked being able to park right outside my room.
