Redpine is a 4 bedroom cottage that sleeps 8-10 guests with two full bathrooms. Ideal for two families. Located close to downhill skiing, cross country ski, snowshoe or snowmobile right outside the front door.
Redpine is the perfect space to relax and unwind with year round road access. It is spacious yet retains a cozy feeling. The entire living space is essentially one level with slight elevation changes with a few stairs up to the main living room. It is the ideal setup for 1 or 2 families with 2 separate living room spaces to hang out in. Redpine has an open concept fully equipped kitchen and living room with 18ft vaulted ceilings, a wood fireplace and large pristine lake view windows opening out to a wraparound deck with BBQ. Redpine faces west allowing you to take in incredible sunsets from the cottage, all day sun with shade in the right places and excellent outdoor seating areas. Redpine has a large deep water private shoreline with pure privacy and NO neighbours can be spotted from any of these areas – so you can enjoy your time on the deck & dock peacefully. Featuring a great outdoor fire pit area overlooking the lake as well as, a large seating deck at the lake’s edge as well as a u-shaped dock that can accommodate a boat and recreational toys. A 2 person kayak, canoe, water mat & some water toys available for use as well as a, Laundry room, unlimited Wifi, Bed linens, Bath & beach towels all included at no extra charge. Sit relax enjoy a book or a cocktail under the pine trees after which Redpine is named. Note: During the winter months (mid Nov - March/April weather dependant) one fully equipped washroom is available as the second is closed off.
Redpine is situated on Burrows Bay known which is the most coveted part of Gloucester Pool known for its views, peacefulness and and calm waters. Gloucester Pool is a large lake on the Trent Severn waterway system only 1.5hours from Toronto with access to Georgian Bay and the famous Big Chute Railway. It offers excellent swimming, boating and fishing.
Redpine is a 20 min drive off hwy 400 and the town of Coldwater. Public boat launch nearby, as well as, some great resturant’s, spas, produce farms, grocery and liquor stores with easy access by boat or car. Many great golf courses in the area and easy access to downhill skiing (Horseshoe valley and Mt St Louis Moonstone) 25 minute drive. Amazing fishing, biking, hiking, cross country skiing, four wheeling, motocross and snowmobiling access to trails right at Redpine’s doorstep.
