A large chef's kitchen steps down into a dining room and living which flows seamlessly out on a 15' x 25' outdoor newly built patio featuring a gas firepit and BBQ for grilling. The deck opens up to a newly renovated "Retreat," which is a 1000-square-foot game and fitness center. Some of the games included are gaming systems with games, a pool table, air hockey, skeeball, basketball, foosball, darts, a fully stocked fridge with adult beverages, and a 55" HDTV flat-screen TV complete with wi-fi! A fitness area with a treadmill, weights, and exercise bikes is also available for use.
