7 Bedroom Villa in Saskatoon, Riverside Estates
Absolutely no rentals without meeting in person at the property. Yes this is a problem for groups with no people in the area but there are no exceptions. Note that I have difficulty replying on the VRBO/Homeaway app. If you don't hear from me its a glitch. Note the "5 Cherry Lane Mansion Saskatoon" is easy to find!
12,000 square feet situated on 2.7 acres on the Saskatchewan River minutes south of Saskatoon. The house is a unique 13 level split with lots of architectural interest. Indoor Pool, Sauna, Massive kitchen, extensive grounds.
Bedrooms:
Master bedroom has a king sized bed, fireplace, private river-view balcony and attached bathroom
Optional attached Suite with separate entrance has queen bed (add $50/night to add the suite),
Optional non attached guest house adds an 8th bedroom (Queen) and a 7th bathroom (add $50/night)
3 standard guest rooms have queen beds, closets , and shared bathrooms, all have pool views and 2 open are partially open to views from a higher level.
2 smaller rooms have high quality queen sized cots (6" air plus 4" memory foam). This 2 rooms are joined and have a short walk to a shared bathroom.
Other sleeping options... at this time there are a few large under utilizes rooms that could be makeshift options. Air mattresses and extra bedding available.
Kitchen - 2 full fridges, wine fridge, beer fridge, 2 ovens, 2 stove tops, 2 sinks, microwave, fully stocked with pots, dishes, utensils, etc. Also stocked with food staples and spices.
Optional Suite also has a full fridge, stove top, microwave, etc
Optional Guesthouse has full fridge, stove top, oven, microwave, coffee maker
Master suite has kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave, coffee maker
Pool area, jungle room
-Indoor heated pool with lots of plant including a 30ft tall tree!
-Several smaller sitting areas, one larger sitting area.
-Its hot and damp - typically about 32C in this room. In summer we can open onto a massive stone patio area.
- pool area includes a sauna (wet/dry), a bathroom and shower.
Outdoor spaces
BBQ (Weber propane) and wood fire place with cooking grill
3 other fire pits... I like firepits
thousands of square feet of decks and patios - with very little furniture but I will be buying outdoor furniture summer 2018.
Other amenities:
- use of Canoe and life jackets - its a medium exertion level walk on steep paths to walk down to your own piece of the river.
- 3 sand beaches easily accessible by boat
