The Unit:
✦ You will have access to the entire chalet including the outdoor spaces. The spa is available year round.
✦ There is the master bedroom (Bedroom A in the photo album) on the ground level with a full bathroom attached.
There is a water room in the entrance.
The well decorated open space area present the main living room with smart TV, a dining table sitting 10 guests comfortably, a fully equipped kitchen and the laundry room accessible for our guests.
✦ There are 3 bedrooms on the Upper level, a full bathroom with glass shower and the play room with a electronic piano, TV with Wii console & Super Nintendo, Air Hockey and Soccer Table.
Bedroom B: One Queen Bed with work desk & ergonomic chair

✦ The veranda is protected by mosquito net. A relaxation and outdoor dining area sitting 8 guests is at your disposition. Eat with your group while enjoying the gas fireplace and the sound of the river current.
✦ There are 2 full bathrooms. One offers a glass shower and one offers a shower-bath. There is a bathroom on the ground floor attached to the master bedroom.
✦ The spa is covered and easily accessible by the veranda.
A relaxation and reading area is on the upper level.
✦ When you book with us, you receive a Guest Manual that contains instructions for enjoying the chalet, as well as nearby shops, restaurants and things to do.
Other things to note:
• Rules for Dog Friendly:
CATS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. We accept a maximum of 1 dog under certain strict conditions and only with our authorization. We are animal lovers but have had bad experiences in the past with owners who disrespect our property, thank you for your understanding.
๏ Additional costs: $ 100 per stay per dog
๏ We do not accept young dogs under 1 year old.
๏ Your dog must be "clean", must not climb on furniture and access bedrooms at all times.
๏ Your dog must not cause noise nuisance for the neighbors.
๏ Guests must pick up dog droppings at all times and keep the yard clean.

* CAMERAS & NOISE SENSOR *
There are security cameras the chalet that overlook the entrance.
Parties are FORBIDDEN at the chalet. We also have a Noise Aware sound device to alert us if the sound level reaches a limit. We are counting on you to maintain a good relationship with the community.
*FIREPLACE / LOGS*
There is an indoor fireplace and an outdoor fireplace at your disposal. I provide around 20 logs, so if you want to make multiple fires. you should bring some wood. You can buy some near the chalet, I will send you the address prior to your arrival.
In winter: If you want to use the outdoor fireplace It is your responsibility to clear the access.
*HOT TUB*
The hot tub is at your disposal all year long. You just need to bring your own towels for the hot tub.
