2 Bedroom Apartment in Oak Bay, Victoria
We have a cozy fully furnished and equipped suite in the lower level of our home for rent in a safe, desirable neighborhood of Oak Bay. Convenient to public transportation and walkable to all amenities. We are also within walking distance or a short car ride to Royal Jubilee Hospital, Hospice, and the Cancer Clinic.
Walk to Willows Beach, or the Oak Bay Marina, or sit in the fenced backyard and read or relax. Table with umbrella and chairs in the yard. Venture out for a 40-minute walk or 10-minute bus ride to Downtown's Inner Harbor. Oak Bay also has its own town center with delightful shops and amenities all a short stroll away.
You may bring a small pet under some specific guidelines. Pets must not be on any of the furniture including the beds. The suite is designed for two guests in one bed, if you are 3 and require the use of the second bed there is extra fee of 30.00 per night. Three people is the maximum.
Walking distance to the grocery store, coffee shop, Oak Bay recreation center, and restaurants. Golf courses and tennis courses are also nearby.
Kitchen, laundry, parking, a queen bed, and a twin bed. Safe, clean, comfortable, and convenient.
In two spots the ducting drops the ceiling to just under 6 feet, a very tall person would need to duck slightly at those spots. No one has found this an issue.
