House rules
• No parties or illegal activity.
• Only registered guests are allowed. You must contact us for permission of any unregistered guests.
- No smoking inside. If any signs of smoking found, there will be a $1000 charge, at our discretion. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided in the backyard of the property. If any found outside of the ashtray there will be a $200 charge.
- No pets. There will be a minimum $200 charge if signs found.
- Quiet time 10:00pm to 8:00am. Please be mindful as this is a family oriented neighbourhood.
- Any damage to property or missing/damaged items will be paid for by guest.
- If you decide to extend your stay after check-in, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate you, but no promises. If you're interested in an early check in or late check out there will be an additional $50/hour once approved and if available.
- No shoes inside the house please.
- No food/drinks in bedrooms.
- Garbage must be disposed of into the black trash bin located in the garage, before checkout. Recycling must be placed in the blue bin located in the garage.
- Dirty dishes and the BBQ grill must be cleaned before check-out or you will be charged a $200 fee. If the home is left in an exceptionally messy state, we will charge $50 for every extra hour of cleaning required.
Please be aware: As a part of the verification process, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our guest portal. Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. All guests must agree to our terms of service. By confirming the reservation you agree to the following: You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
