A cozy waterfront house located on Cobb Island, Maryland, where Wicomico River, Neale Sound, and Potomac River meet. A quiet and peaceful place for an enjoyable and relaxed vacation.

This two-level house has four bedrooms and two full baths. A fully equipped kitchen. Large open living room and dining room for your family and friends to spend time together. A newly installed split air-conditioning system lets you customize your own comfort level in each room. Hi speed internet and TV with 130+ channels are provided, when you want to take a break from the beautiful nature surrounding you. A large deck and a pier on the river side for you to sit and enjoy the ever-changing sceneries of the river and the beautiful sights of sunrise, sunset, and moon rise. Fishing, crabbing, swimming, canoeing, kayaking, and paddle boarding can be done directly from our private pier. 2 crab pots are provided. Bring your own fishing poles and watercrafts.

Summary: Overall very pleased. Seemed like a lot of money for the property but I guess that’s what waterfront cost. House was very clean and well equipped. Loved the mini-splits in each room. The only reason I gave “cleanliness” four stars is because the outside trash can had a bunch of trash the smelled horrible and the recycling container also had trash in it. Michelle was great and very responsive. There’s a great market on the island but very few dining options and no fine dining. Very cozy and “down home” community. Beautiful sunrise from the deck or dock.
