Positive: Very lovely hotel, the room was very clean and beautiful. Staff was very friendly and clear about the information provided. Our dog was welcomed and they got us a dog bed in the room.

Negative: We loved the pool and spa area. However we thought the pool was heated but it was not. Possibly it's written in the information and didn't notice it.
