The garage is locked for the owner. However, there is plenty of parking in the driveway for up to 4 vehicles.
Upon reservation completion, send a message with any additional guests first and last name. We are not here to micro manage your stay! However, we just ask for simple communication of any additional guests of yours that may be visiting on the property.
We reserve the right to terminate your reservation if not properly communicated to us.****Check-in time is 3pm. When possible, we try to accommodate early check-in. Check-out time is 11am. When possible, we try to accommodate late check-out.
Please keep any noise to a respectable level. Quiet hours are from 11pm - 8am. In case of any loud noises during Quiet hours, I reserve the right to send a message or knock on the door to notify you. There is a $$$/person charge for any bookings over four people. No smoking of any kind in the house. Please smoke outside at least 20 ft. from the home. Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.
Only toilet paper should be disposed of in the toilet. Anything else, please use the trash bin!
Our towels & linens are clean and fresh. In order to keep them this way, we ask that they are not used for freshly dyed hair or for removing makeup. Makeup removing wipes are provided. If you so soil a towel or linen, please notify me immediately so I can treat and wash. There may be a replacement cost for damaged or missing items.
