Summary: The house was great, but the location ( for an old lady) was disappointing. It's at least 2 blocks to the beach - over the dunes. Which are very difficult walking. We were sort of expecting to be right on the ocean, but although you could see it off the the left, the property is not actually on the ocean. Plus the dunes shift. So maybe sometimes it's on the ocean?
