This truly incredible property features a spectacular view of Lake Murray with amazing sunsets. The home is beautifully and comfortably furnished to accommodate friends and families. Wonderful, relaxed days turn into happy evenings spent around fire pit or screened-in porch and deck. A privately owned lakefront, three-story, four bedroom, three bath house with gorgeous unobstructed views of the lake, and a private deep water dock! Two separate family room areas, the kitchen, loft, and large screened in porch, and a oversized deck. Located in Chapin in a quiet section of Lake Murray (having less boat traffic than many other areas). The house has beautiful unobstructed views of Lake Murray, YEAR ROUND. The screened-in porch and deck both have high-end, top quality patio furniture. The layout is perfect for a large family. The lower level has a living room, full bathroom and a separate bedroom with a king size bed. The main level features an open kitchen, living room, master bedroom (king-size bed), second bedroom has a queen and the third bedroom has twin bunk beds. The loft above has a queen bed and two twin beds with plenty of space for the two lazy boy chairs overlooking the lake. Perfect for chilly mornings with coffee and a view!
The garage is stocked with a Lilly pad, ping pong table, an extra fridge, folding chairs, fishing poles, kayaks and paddle boards. There's even a covered patio with comfortable seating, a picnic table- with a lake view of course!

We do allow up to 2 dogs per stay with 1 pet fee. Sorry, no cats allowed. If you add a dog to your trip after booking please let us know and we will work with you! If you bring a dog to the house without selecting the pet fee, or letting us know you'd like to add the dog to your stay, there unfortunately will be additional processing fees added to recover the unpaid pet fee costing approximately $400.00.
