The Space
Over 2700 sq. ft. of luxury living space, this two level home is nice and bright with modern stainless steel appliances and finishings. Selection of spacious bedrooms (1 king, 3 queen, 1 double) with fraser river/garden views, balcony and ensuite bathrooms. Start your morning off with a cup of coffee or tea. We offer a selection of different teas. The kitchen is well equipped with all that you'll need for a comfortable stay including cooking and eating utensils, basic ingredients and spices, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, mini oven, coffee maker and filtered drinking water and ice maker.
This is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway! The house features spa and wellness amenities including a massage chair, jacuzzi, hula chair, treadmill and yoga area. The backyard garden patio with bbq is perfect for you to dine outside on a nice day or have a summer bbq.
Rewind and watch Netflix on the 75" smart tv in the living room. The living room sofa turns into a sofa bed for maximum comfort while enjoying your favourite movies/shows. Guests will have access to highspeed WIFI throughout the home. New set of washer and dryer available in the house.
All bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Hairdryer, air mattress, iron and ironing board is available. The house is family friendly with a crib and a highchair. Please let us know ahead of time if you will need the highchair or air mattress so we can set it up for you.

The house is located 1-2 minutes walk from two bus stops. There is a bus loop located at Victoria Dr and Harrison Dr. There is another bus stop located at Elliott St and Marine Dr. Fraserview Golf Course and Restaurant is nearby. Free street parking available. 1-2 minute walk to two bus stops.

In addition to its central location in East Vancouver and close proximity to transit, Fraserview is known for being a beautiful and peaceful place to live. Walking distance to Fraser River, River District, and Fraserview Golf Course and Clubhouse. Take a romantic walk with your loved ones by the Fraser River and enjoy a nice meal at Romer's Burger Bar at sunset. Enjoy a day of golfing at Fraserview Golfcourse and have a fresh lunch at Fraserview Clubhouse. End the golf day off with a nice stroll around the Fraserview Golf Trail.
