On the 1st level:

* Kitchen - well equipped with fridge, stove, dishwasher, coffemaker, toaster, dinnerware, utensils, etc.
* Solarium - full of light generously sized with sitting and dinning areas and beautiful water and park views
On the 2nd level:
* Bedroom 5 - two double size beds
* Bedroom 6 - double size bed and en-suite full size bathroom
* Bedroom 7 - queen size bed, working station and en-suite powder room
Free WiFi is provided during your stay.
Pillows, sheet sets, warm blankets and towels in different sizes, toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash) included.
Up to 2 cars can be parked on the back of the property (if you need more spots please let us know in advance). There is also free street parking.
We do accept long term reservations. Please let us know in case you are interested so we can make a special arrangement.
Our property is a duplex with two absolutely separated units.
The unit on the 1st floor is permanently occupied.
The second unit is reserved for our guests and it is two-storey high 7 bedrooms apartment located on the 2nd and the 3rd floors of the property. The guests unit has two entrances/exits, one - on the side of the property and another one - on the back, both are private and exclusive for our guests use.
During their stay guests also have limited access to back yard for parking.
We are happy to help or assist our guests to best of our ability. There is always someone available to answer your questions or accommodate your needs, we are just message away (phone number provided for immediate assistance)
Please note our property is located in quite family oriented neighbourhood and loud or excessive noise, especially after 22:00, is usually an issue and may cause complains from our neighbours. So, please keep this in mind and be observant of quite hours.
Please be aware, our property is non smoking, carbon monoxide/smoke detectors are installed and will trigger the alarm. Smoking inside is not tolerated and may cause the cancellation of your reservation. Although you can smoke outside.
Our current capacity is 16+ guests and if you are a larger group please let us know in advance so we can arrange your stay.
Please note two fire places in your rental are just decorative pieces, the are non-functional and cannot be used because it is illegal on the island of Montreal to use any wood-burning device.
