The home spans 3 floors. The living room, kitchen, dining room and 2 bedrooms are on the main floor. On the upstairs floor there are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The laundry room is located on the basement floor.
The home has a fully private front and back entrance.
There is a fully separate suite in the basement which is tenanted as well as a tenant in the fully separate coachhouse in the back.
