Chalet Chocard is a spacious, modern and stylish chalet with traditional charm. Situated in a beautiful, wooded area close to the centre of La Rosiere 1850, Chalet Chocard is a stunning property for your next summer holiday with wonderful south facing views overlooking the Tarentaise Valley.
With the village centre only a short stroll away and a free bus service on the doorstep, this chalet really is situated in a convenient spot in La Rosiere.
On the ground floor there is a very large quad room with sofas, perfect for a family or 4 youngsters. There is a WC in the corridor opposite. This room has its own bathroom opposite with bath, handbasin and separate WC. At the far end of the corridor is the Family Suite: a comfy double room and a bunk bed room which share a small bathroom with shower, handbasin and WC.
Stairs lead up to the middle floor where you will find a spacious dining area leading to the kitchen and a comfy lounge area with TV and ample seating. This chalet features Wi-Fi, an Amazon Echo and an Amazon Firestick so you can watch your favourite films on Netflix. The Master double room on this floor has a walk-in dressing room and small ensuite bathroom with shower, handbasin and separate WC. There is also a WC in the hallway close to the lounge area. The chalet features a huge south facing balcony which is romantically lit up at night. All the bedrooms have high quality chalet style fixtures and fittings and soft plush carpets.
From the dining room there are stairs leading up to a quad suite, a double with a single and an additional small open single room. The room has an ensuite bathroom with shower, handbasin and WC. The final room on the Upper Floor is reached via stairs close to the Master double. It features twin beds and an ensuite shower and hand basin.
Hot Tub: Just picture yourself relaxing in the fantastic Hot Tub romantically lit by a thousand fairy lights above whilst sipping a glass of bubbly or beer! (Available at an additional cost of €250).
Linen/Towels are not included but can be made available at €20 per person (bath towel, hand towel, bath mat, bedding).
Dog/Cat €100 each plus damages if they occur at cost. The booking platform only charges for one dog, any extra would be at additional cost. We ask that dogs are not left alone in the chalet and are not allowed on furniture or beds.
Summer self-catered bookings only. Fully catered chalet in the winter including airport transfers. Please enquire. The chalet is non-smoking and ashtrays are provided to smoke outside.
