With over 200 ft of unspoiled ocean front, this 2300 square foot home is situated on a private 1 1/2 acre lot yet being on the lighthouse route you have complete access to all the area's attractions. Cherry Hill Beach (favoured by the surfers and beach bums alike!) is just a kilometre away. And just a short drive up the road is the Petite Riviere General Store that is fully stocked with everything from fresh breads, meats, pantry items, alcohol, produce, ice-cream and a whole lot more! A little bit further will take you to the Ploughman's Lunch, West Dublin Market, LaHave Bakery as well as Crescent and Rissor's beaches.
