Located on the top floor, penthouse offers high ceilings in a spacious 1400 Sq. ft. 2 bedroom suite with cozy fireplaces and smart TVs in both bedrooms and in the living area. Create culinary extravaganza in the gourmet kitchen and outdoor grill. Heated parking, washer/dryer, and WiFi are included in your stay. Strict cleaning and sanitizing protocols are followed to provide and maintain a safe environment for our guests. Requests for more than 4 guests will be considered on individual basis and charged at $100 per person per night. Parties and gatherings are not permitted. Each guest must be registered when booking. Bringing Pets or unauthorized guests will result in immediate eviction.
You have access to the entire apartment. Access to the Resort's hot tub and cinema is complimentary. We offer spa robes and pool towels. Complementary parking.
Relaxed, quiet, resort with a very spa like atmosphere. You will have complimentary access to the gym at OneWellness spa, located directly below the condo, on the first floor, accessed from the courtyard. They offer massages, steam room and dry sauna at an additional cost. Their services are a great way to complement your stay, I suggest booking in advance.
Nice to have a car. Local transit information is available at roamtransit website. It is an easy 15 minute walk along the creek from here to town.
Zen Penthouse is my home and not a rental condo. All Children are welcome and count as guests.
Requests for early check-in and late check-out will be considered and if possible, will be offered at $30 per hour. The change in time will be confirmed with receipt of payment.
Animals of any kind, including support or service animals are not allowed due to allergy reasons. Unregistered guests, extra persons, parties of any kind may result in eviction. Do not book this property if you are planning any such activity. This is my home and I expect my guests to behave with great care and excellent etiquette.
