Our lovely 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo is on the 3rd floor (elevator on site) offering amazing views of Water Wheel resort and condos 8 acre park and Guadalupe River. There is plenty of room for all guest to play and lounge with over 600 feet of river frontage, two pools and 4 hot tubs, and numerous picnic tables and grills. Whether your visit to NBTX is to go tubing, attend a concert, or spend the day at Schlitterbahn water park- we assure that our location is just for you as we are only four blocks from worlds voted best water park and minutes away from downtown and Gruene, TX. And during the tubing peak season a local tubing outfitter has a convenient shuttle pick up service right outside the condo’s parking lot.
