Positive: There were a few issues. Boiler needed repressurising (easy fix for me but could have been a more prolonged problem for other customers), shower fitting had an intermittent fault and the room was mistakenly taken by another customer which meant a delay of a couple of hours for them to sort it out. A pain when you've travelled all day and arrive on foot with loads of bags and 3 tired kids. However, to their credit they were on the case straight away with all the issues - responsive, apologetic and proactively offered compensation. In summary, the property could benefit from a bit more maintenance but it's probably about right for the price you pay. You're not going to find a 5 star experience in the Spanish quarter but you will get a full immersion in the amazing Naples street life and culture. The customer service if anything does go wrong was as good as you could hope for so it kind of balanced out the issues we had.

Summary: Not perfect but great location and communication and customer service were excellent.
