The Colwood Waterfront features miles of breathtaking ocean beachfront with a view across to the City of Victoria at one end and the amazing snow capped peaks of the Olympic Mountains at the other. Fisgard Lighthouse completes the view.
Across the road from the beach is Esquimalt Lagoon National Migratory Bird Sanctuary — a large, shallow lagoon enclosed within a sand spit and connected to the ocean by a tidal channel at the one end. It's a favourite spot for birdwatchers and kayakers.

When you arrive and face the front of the house, take the path on the right handside of the house to the suite. Around the corner is the suite door. There is motion sensor lighting. Guests will access this suite using the 4 digit code given prior to check-in.
Backyard:

The home owner live above the suite. Guest will hear a transfer of noise from the family and their dog. The owners are very considerate of the noise they make and will do their very best to not interrupt guests. The suite is not suitable for a guest that is sensitive to noise.
