The latter has 2 new olympic size pools. Coveted address in cool area, best market of Montreal a short walk and lots of gourmet restaurants, banks and bakeries a few blocks south. First Friday of every month features 80 gourmet food trucks across the street post pandemic. Includes outdoor parking space right at the door and internet and wifi.
