There is also a 1/2 bath in the basement. 4 acres of manicured lawn allows you to enjoy peace and tranquility or fun and games with the family.
Bring your bikes and you can safely bike 5 km enjoying the ocean view and continue an additional 6 km to the end of the island. The property boarders the estuary where you can canoe or kayak enjoying the peacefulness of the area or taking in the abundant bird life. 10 km of sandy beach is a mere 400m from the house where you can swim, walk, run and look for sea glass. Big Island beach is on the Northlumberland Strait which has been termed the 'warmest waters north of the Carolina's'.
