This home is located along the 4th hole of the Copper Point golf course and is only a five minute drive to the main beach (kinsmen Beach) or a quick two minute drive to the local coffee shop (kicking horse), brewery (arrowhead), local shops and grocery store. Close to many golf courses, top notch mountain biking and hiking trails.
The main living area is situated on the upper floor to maximize the incredible views. The bright open concept consists of the kitchen, dining area, living room and family room. There is a private half level with a full bedroom (king) and full bathroom.
On the lower level, you will find 3 bedrooms which sleeps up to 7 and 3 full bathrooms. The spacious master suite with a king bed, two closets (1 walk-in), full bathroom with double sinks and a dual shower.
The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom with its own private full bathroom.
The third bedroom has a queen bed with a full bathroom across the hall.
Invermere has a little something for everyone! Whether that be attending the weekly farmer’s market, shopping at the local boutiques, taking in the vibrant art scene or world class recreation. Panorama, Fairmont and radium only a short 20 minute drive
