The space:
The place is a newly renovated, clean, and fully furnished home with everything that you’ll need to make your vacation a memorable and comfortable one. The house is spacious and can accommodate up to 10 adults. The rooms are stylish and airconditioned making it a perfect summer vacation home! The whole place is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized and fresh towels, beddings and linens, basic kitchen & diningware, bathroom essentials are provided.
Early check in and/or late check out requests are not guaranteed and subject to approval/confirmation.
The home is at Vanness Ave. Vancouver, BC next to 29th Avenue Station. It is close to anywhere in the city making it very accessible.
Guests have no access to the backyard and basement (basement is rented long term with separate entrance).
Side parking inside the property can accommodate up to three cars. Please use our side parking as street parking is for the neighborhood residents' registered vehicles.
Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire house except for the basement and backyard (basement is rented long term with separate entrance) .
High chair and crib for kids/infants are available upon request.
Other things to note:
Strictly no smoking inside the house, smoking area is outside (patio).
The house is secured by ADT/Telus. We have security cameras at the front porch, backyard, and side parking. There are NO devices installed inside the house.
Outdoor cameras are installed for safety and security purposes. Please note that our guests' comfort and peace of mind are our topmost priority.
