Ouareau Lake has an area of nearly 15km2 and an average depth of 54m (177 feet). The cottage is nestled in the hollow of the Bay where you can enjoy direct access to the lake.

Le Havre Perché is perfect for snowmobile enthusiasts, because the trail on the lake directly joins trail #33 (Purchase right of access online). You can also practice Quad biking or mountain biking in all seasons on the many trails nearby. (vehicles not included).
You can enjoy the private outdoor spa, which can be used year-round, in addition to a beautifully appointed lounge/billiard/bar on the ground floor.
ERRANDS
It is best to do your shopping in your hometown before setting off for the chalet. But if you MUST stop before arriving at the chalet, if you are coming from Montreal, it is preferable to stop shopping in Sainte-Julienne where you will find all the usual shops.
Once at the chalet, if you need to go shopping, the village of St-Donat is the closest with its many restaurants and shops.
