Relax on the water in this beautiful, remote floating home. Pull a boat up to your private dock, enjoy the view from the hot tub and go swimming in the ocean. This floating home provides a perfect place to bring your family and friends for a holiday. The house is nestled within a marina, 20 minutes drive to town, and an island with a beautiful beach less than a 10 minute boat ride away. Come and experience this unique getaway! The house is two stories with the main floor accessing the large deck and boat dock. There are three bedrooms on the main floor and one bathroom. Upstairs is the main living area, kitchen, one more bedroom and bathroom and balcony deck. We would like to allow guests to arrive and enjoy their stay without management interrupting their experience. Management will be available when needed and can be available onsite in the case of a necessity needing attention. Set in a Marina in a protected cove. Your neighbours are boats and a few boaters. 15 minutes drive north is Madeira Park where you can access a Grocery Store and cafe. 20 minutes south is Sechelt, more shops and amenities. This is an isolated location that is best accessed by car or boat. There is a taxi service out of sechelt that can get you to local communities.
