The Perfect Getaway! 2,600 square foot rancher with a sunshine basement, situated on 3.5 acres of view property overlooking the Fraser Valley. Situated in Ryder Lake, this is a rural area with acreage property all around it. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place. With horses grazing on the neighboring property and the view over the Valley to the north makes this a spectacular location to relax in.
The space
The house is equipped to be your home away from home for the length of your stay. Complete cooking and serving utensils are provided as well as laundry facilities, Central vacuum and cleaning supplies. There is a room with a desk and guest access to high speed internet and a monitor and printer for any office work that just has to get done. TV's up and downstairs have local TV stations and streaming services with Netflix, YouTube and others.
Each of the bedrooms have a wardrobe or closet to hang clothes during your stay so you're not living out of your suitcase. The master bedroom on the main floor has a Queen size bed, it's own bathroom and walk-in closet and has private patio access looking over the north facing view. There is a 2nd bathroom on the main floor.
The 3 remaining bedrooms are on the lower floor each sharing a bathroom. The largest room has a King size bed, a gas fireplace for those cool nights and it's own TV. The other room contains a queen size bed and an extra long single bed. These can be separated by a curtain if privacy is needed.
A large patio out the back is a great area to relax, enjoy the views of the mountains and also enjoy a drink or a meal. A gas BBQ and a fire pit are also available.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the complete house minus a few storage areas that are locked with the owners private possessions.
Other things to note
All forms of indoor smoking are prohibited, including e-cigarettes, cigarettes, cigars, marijuana and any other tobacco products. If the cleaning company says that there is a smell of smoke in the room, a special company will be required to clean the house and all expenses will be borne by the tenant.
Absolutely no parties.
Long term stays will be considered for pipe-line or construction workers.
