Come and enjoy your stay in this west coast contemporary home overlooking the beautiful Lake Okanagan. Your stay is only an 8-minute drive to downtown Kelowna and the beach at City Park and not far from the majority of wineries on the west side.
During your stay here, the two top floors and top deck will be all yours. Relax with your morning coffee outside while you enjoy the tranquil scenery, and when the Okanagan heat gets a bit much, take refuge inside your air-conditioned space. The top floor has three bedrooms: the primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, two bedrooms with queen beds, and a four-piece bathroom. The main level has one guest room with a queen bed and a two-piece bathroom.
This stay is great for a family and friends to enjoy ample space to socialize: there are two living rooms each with TVs and two separate dining spaces indoors, as well as a table and chairs on the deck. The main level also has a fully furnished kitchen with all the supplies you may need and a natural gas BBQ outside. You’ll have access to a washer and dryer, which may come in handy if you’re planning on spending your days at the lake or exploring the outdoors. This stay is also an inviting option if you have furry companions with you. Your pet is welcome to the whole space and the upper deck. Unfortunately, the backyard will not be accessible to guests and pets at this time, but the neighborhood is a peaceful place to go for a stroll.
This house survived a wildfire last summer, and though you’ll notice some trees and shrubs didn’t make it, you’ll still be greeted by a gorgeous view and ample greenery.
