Summary: Great service at check in, check out, and when requesting service (like bedding and towels). Room was broadly comfortable, and the kitchen was somewhat well equipped. Was mostly comfortable. Areas that could have improved: (1) the AC unit was VERY close to our second bed, so the air was blasting at the bed, meaning we either had to choose not to sleep there or turn off the AC unit overnight (it was a heatwave); (2) rooms could have been better stocked with towels and bedding ahead of our arrival (recognizing that we had booked with a 5 person occupancy); and (3) kitchen could have included either additional towels or a drying rack.
