With ample space to accommodate larger groups and a private dock to enjoy in the warmer months, whether you’re hosting a family holiday, enjoying a vacation with friends, or simply relaxing in the peace and quiet of lake-life this property is the perfect place to call home while you’re exploring southern Vancouver Island.
On the ground floor, you’ll find three cozy, comfortable bedrooms, a small living room and cleverly designed, three-piece bathroom.
The upper floor provides guests with a beautiful open-plan kitchen and living room, fourth bedroom and second bathroom plus, it’s on this floor that guests have access to the stunning wrap-around patio.
The elevated, wrap-around patio that offers guests plenty of seating and incredible views. Here, you will find a lovely outdoor, six-person dining set, a large, outdoor living area, and near the kitchen, guests will find a small bistro table.
On the lower lawn, guests can enjoy a sunny afternoon on a chaise-long or sit by the firepit when the evening turns cooler.
Guests will also find an additional, beautifully renovated miniature summer house with comfortable twin beds ideal for anyone looking for an extra level of privacy from the main house. This space is available seasonally as it requires warm weather to be functional and comfortable. There is also a private dock with additional seating that is perfect for swimming or launching a vessel in the lake!
There is so much to do and enjoy while you’re visiting Langford! You can find sporting events and family friendly activities in the nearby West Hills complex, there are multi-use trails where you can walk, jog or cycle, incredible shopping, and world-class golfing just to name a few! The amenities nearby will make your stay super easy: food markets, warehouse-style stores, and pharmacies just minutes away and if you’re interested in exploring more of the South Island, you can! Sooke, Victoria, the Saanich Peninsula, or the Cowichan Valley, are all easily accessible and are all less than an hour away by car!
