The Nest is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, but close to downtown for access to shopping and restaurants. Everything you need is here, including a smart TV with Apple TV, Wi-Fi, and complimentary Netflix.

The nest guesthouse is a small house full of character and features an open concept living/dining/kitchen area. Included with your stay is the feature coffee bar, complete with a stocked Keurig for those who need their coffee ASAP, and a grinder and French press-everything the connoisseur needs. Enjoy your hot drink inside or on the patio of our private fenced yard. The master bedroom features a king bed with ensuite and closet, while the second bedroom holds two queen beds, one in a loft, and one below. Both bedrooms have blackout blinds for ease of sleeping.

Well-behaved pets are welcome in the backyard and only allowed inside at the back door in a crate or on a mat, not throughout the house, and a $10 per night pet fee will be applied. You are responsible for the supervision of your pet and cleaning up after them - additional charges will be applied for damages or extra cleaning due to pets.
NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE - if you smoke outside, please clean up your butts or a cleaning fee will be charged.
