It is located inland on Whippoorwill Bay. There is a public access across the road from the cottage for swimming. This stylish cottage is located on a lot with hardwood forest, and while it does have a cottage on one side of it, there is good screening with heavy forest on other sides. The village of Lion's Head is a quick 7 minute drive away, where there is a great public sandy beach in the village that has washroom facilities, a playground and a swim raft. Heavy forest west and south side. DOCKING FACILITIES The nearest boat docking facilities are located at Lions Head Marina WHEELCHAIR ACCESS Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access. LIMITATIONS Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults. Pets Negotiable; Cats are not permitted. Renters are responsible to clean the cottage and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged.Please note that after placing your reservation, a rental application will be sent to you. You will have 24 hours to fill out the application form. If the form is not returned after the 24 hours, your reservation will be cancelled.
