Stay at our cozy cottage on 6 mile Opinicon Lake!
Enjoy the great fishing, boating, and swimming from this private setting on the Rideau Canal. Gaze at the stars at night as you sit around the campfire, or take a leisurely row around the many islands or through the canal to the historic lock-stations in one of the boats provided from your private cottage. The cottage comes with two kayaks and an aluminum fishing boat with oars and life jackets provided.
Opinicon Lake has always been famous for it's crystal clear water, it's bass and northern pike fishing, it's water-sports and wildlife watching. This cottage is located on a private road with 1.5 acresand has its own dock. There is good swimming from the rocky point, right on the property!
