This fantastic mountain chalet has the most stunning timber frame interior, open concept with the loft overlooking the main room. The location is hard to beat with basically ski in/ ski out, minutes from the main Kicking Horse village. Note- states 4 bedroom is actually 3 bedroom with a king bed in loft.
The space
The space
First off the location and views is hard to beat. From both sides you have mountain views, huge windows to see all angles. The location is just up the hill from the village and close to all the hiking trails just out the back door. There are doors at the front, side and back of the house to enjoy access. We have two patios. One off the master bedroom facing the ski resort that gets the mid-day sun. The second is off the living room and has patio furniture to enjoy in the summer. BBQ also available.
The house is advertised as a four bedroom to help display the bed arrangements. The room that states the king and sofa bed is a semi private room as it is in the loft. When you walk up the stairs the sitting room has the sofa bed that can be made into a bed with all the bedding set up in the ottoman beside it. Then, the king bed is on the other side of the loft above the living room. This king bed has the best morning views. Looking out the massive windows to the valley and sunrise.
You won’t need a single thing in the kitchen. Fully stocked with dishes, glass wear, cooking pots and pans, and serving plates. Two coffee makers; a keurig machine and coffee pot with pods provided for keurig. Kids' plates and spillless cups etc. Lots of extra spices and condiments left in the fridge to enjoy.
We have very comfortable mattresses and most beds have mattress toppers for extra softness. Lots of extra fleece blankets and bedding if you need more layers.

You have access to the whole house, hot tub, patios, BBQ, laundry, and backyard.
We love the side door entrance for skiers to use and keep all the ski gear out of the main door area. There is a rack in the garage for skis and boards
Lots of space in the closet to hang gear to dry after a fun day playing in the snow. The same goes for biking helmets etc.
