Summary: AC was okay. The room and overall hotel was "weathered," i.e., sorely in need of a renovation - just a very outdated hotel. On the other hand, the staff were extremely friendly to a T. Also, the breakfast, coffee, were quite good. In other words, personnel did an excellent job, while the physical presence of the hotel left much, very much, to be desired...
