The house was completed in 2019. It can accomadate a maximum 6 adults. It has 3 bedrooms upstairs with 2 full baths plus a large playroom. The main level has another bedroom with 1 half bath, kitchen, living, dining and washer/dryer room. The backyard boasts a hot tub, trampoline, sun shade sail over stamped concrete and an outdoor dining table under a metal gazebo. The grass is home to a golf cup and flag for putting only and feel free to pick any ripe fruits or vegetables in the garden lining the fences.
We are located 2 short blocks from Powell Beach and the entrance to Sun-oka Beach Provincial Park along Trout Creek. Both beaches have kids playgrounds and there are 2 more a block closer to the house at Trout Creek Elementary School.
There are plenty of walking and biking trails along the beach and Trout Creek. Summer hosts fruit stands and wineries within walking distance. A 5 minute drive will will give you more options for wineries than you will have time for.
This is a great place to get away and relax out of the main city, but close enough to get or do anything you need.
The home has a 2 bedroom legal basement suite. The tenants have their own fenced yard on the right side of the house. They park on the left side of the driveway. Please leave their space to themselves, but they are very nice and friendly.
