Tucked into a well-treed half acre lot, this lovely 1,500 sq. ft 2 level, 3 bedroom cottage sits perched above the pristine waters of beautiful Kawagama Lake.
Head down to the dock for morning coffees and take in the breathe-taking wide open panoramic views from here. Its northern exposure has views of mainly crown land and this part of the lake has very little boat traffic adding to the sereneness and enhancing the haunting call of the loons or occasional owl.
As you enter the cottage from the back door and step into the open concept kitchen/dining/living area, you are immediately drawn into serene tree-top views out to the lake from a wall of floor to ceiling windows. The pine cathedral ceilings along with pine walls, wood parquet flooring, wood stove and comfortable furnishings makes this cozy area the perfect family gathering place for meals and relaxing while watching movies. 2 bedrooms and a 2-piece bathroom round out this main level.
The lower level has a 3rd bedroom, pull out couch for additional guests, a 4-piece bathroom, a laundry room and a family room with a woodstove and direct walk-out to the stairs that take you down to the waterfront.
The entire family can spread out on the large L-shaped deck for any or all meals and there is a screened-in gazebo at one end of the deck that will allow you to enjoy being in the great outdoors even on inclement days.
