Positive: The bed was reasonably comfortable. There was plenty of hot water. There was free parking.

Negative: We were disappointed with our stay. The location was in an estate outside Nantes. There were no towels when we arrived. It was remedied quickly when I messaged the owner who told me where to look in another area outside the room. The room was a studio and pretty basic. There was nowhere to put anything. The tiny wardrobe was filled up with a vacuum cleaner and cleaning tools. There was a droning air conditioning noise which did not stop all day and night. I do not recommend.

Summary: Uncomfortable basic accommodation.
