Dear valued guests,
-This is an entire upstairs unit with separate entrance and entire kitchen, bathroom and washroom!. ( bathroom, washroom and the kitchen are not shared)
-If you have to stay 14 days,or 11 days in quarantine, please follow the government's covid-19 policy & rules and Dream House policy & rules.
-Please use the sanitation desk upon entering the house to ensure the inside environment stays hygienic and safe for you.
-All appliances work perfectly!
Feel free to use these appliances to make your stay more enjoyable.
-Please, after using the washroom make sure to clean!
-After using the kitchen please make sure to clean the surfaces such as countertop, stove, sink and all the appliances that you used.
-Make sure to separate recycled items and trash as it is a city requirement.

✅check-in at 4:00pm. Check-out at 10:00am. ($70 extra charge for late check-out! 10:15-11:45am) And $200 more extra charge for late Check-out 11:45am-1:30pm. And $300 more extra charge for late check-out 1:30-2:30pm.

✅Pet allowed *(Potty trained+pet fee per night $123 per pet+$150 pet deposit per pet!)* ✅Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture.
✅Have to pay for more than 4 guests! ($99 per person per night)
✅✅** If guests do not want to stay overnight, they have to pay half the price! And no other, or extra guests visiting options!!
✅security deposit $700 before check-in, per each booking! **The deposit is refundable and if no damage or issues, normally one weeks after check-out we will refund the deposit!
✅Do not disturb the neighbors!
✅Please do not move or replace appliances, beds, furniture, and tables!
