Well furnished 4 bedroom Vacation Home located in Port Loring ON.The home is in town, about a 3 minute walk up the road from the Government Dock. As this is a fully furnished Vacation Home, there is no need to bring anything other then your personal items.
The Kitchen is complete with dishes, cooking utensils, coffee maker, microwave, dish washer, etc.
There is ample space in the kitchen/dining area to seat 12 comfortably
.There is plenty of room in the living area, consisting of a large couch, two love seat, a oversize chair, also a round table with two extensions for activity's such as games.
There is a 55" Smart TV with Netfix and You Tube included, there is also a DVD player available.
The 4 bedrooms are all extra large, with room for everybody without crowding, the 3 in the front all have nice views of the lake and the 4th has a view of the backyard.All linen will be fresh for your arrival.
There are 2 full bathrooms, one on the main floor with a walk in sit down shower stall. The other is on the second floor with a shower tub combination and 2 sinks (good for the kids). All towels will be supplied and fresh.
The "mud room" is extra large and is great for storing all your outdoor gear. It is extremely handy for when you are there for sledding.
The laundry room is also extra large with a full size washer and dryer.
The front of the house has a cover porch with a nice view of the lake, it is nice sitting there while the kids play on the front lawn or while there is bad weather ( hopefully not). There is also a 5 burner propane BBQ for your enjoyment.
The backyard is large with room for badminton, horseshoes and other games.
Smoking is permitted outside only and must be kept clean.
As the OFFC Trail passes by in front of the house, it is a great location for sledders, or ice fishing.
During the summer months, there is over 40 miles of waterway to explore as well as multiple other lakes. Enjoy the colors in the fall or just relax in the sprng time.
