Coin operated laundromat on site for your convenience. There is a private deck off front of the home, as well as large two level deck on back. Located on back deck is a BBQ along with patio deck set and benches
There is a courtyard just off the back deck with fire pit & hot tub for guest use. Remember to check for fire bans, and keep fires small and manageable, and obey all hot tub rules.
