The rates published are very competitive for what is being offered in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom self contained suite. On average the rates being offered are MUCH lower than any hotel providing the same amenities.
Rates quoted are for 2 people only. Any additional guests (up to 4) will be an additional cost as per quote. Please put in the correct amount of people staying including children.
Security Verification: due to this being a safe and secure home of the owners and private property we have been advised through VRBO and HomeAway Payments of various potential fraudulent chargebacks and guest scams to be aware of therefore:
-Guests must be able to verify photo ID prior to arriving (drivers license or passport).
-Credit card used to pay for booking must match registered guest.
-Phone numbers, emails must be verified prior to arriving.
-Guests must have a valid cell phone and email during their stay to stay in contact with owners. Must stay in contact with texts/emails upon arriving upon check in and departing on checkout day.

Disclaimer: If travelling during the summer months please be advised that there is a cooling compressor outside/below the 2nd double bedroom window that MAY be bothersome to some when it is on and running. This compressor provides cooling to the main home (not the suite) Some guests have been ok with the noise and others have not. If this is a concern, we apologize and recommend/ not requesting a booking and finding another place to rent as unfortunately theres is nothing we can do about the location of this unit.
