The tourist centres of the Costa Smeralda are just 15 km away. The famous yachting harbour of Porto Cervo and the unique golf course of Pevero are easily reached in just a few minutes by car. It is about a 45 min. drive from the airport of Olbia to the house.
The interior of the villaas been decorated with great attention to details. The spacious terrace is reached from the upper floor and directly below is the 8 x 3 m swimming pool. One of the bedrooms opens directly onto the terrace and from here there is a special view. Both floors comprise of a living room and a fully equipped kitchen each.
