Villa Marinella (280sqm) is located in the beautiful rugged mountainous area about 5.5km from the popular seaside resort of Baia Sardinia. The nearest beach is only 2km from the villa. This location is wonderful for doing any excursions such as taking the ferry from the picturesque town of Palau to visit the lovely La Maddalena islands, or for those looking for nightlife and restaurants Baia Sardinia is in close proximity. Other towns in the area to visit are Santa Teresa Gallura just north of Palau and travelling south Porto Cervo. Various water sports can be enjoyed at several of the beaches and golf at the Pevero Golf club.
The villa has a wonderful irregular shaped private swimming pool with views of the mountains and sea in the distance.
Access to the villa is via the veranda to the spacious living area which has large panoramic windows overlooking the pool and sea. The living area has the use of air conditioning in the summer and a fireplace for the winter. The kitchen is modern (equipped with gas cooker, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave). At the rear of the living room there is another veranda with a barbecue, table and chairs for dining 'al fresco' on hot summer nights.
The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower and two extra bedrooms (one twin and one double). Bathroom with shower. The three bedrooms are air-conditioned.
From the sleeping area there are a few stairs leading down to an annex which also has a separate entrance with a living area, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and another double bedroom with independent access. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Please note that the bedrooms in the annex are not air conditioned.
