Villa on two levels with housekeeper: 200 meters from the lovely beach of Porto Columbu, 1 km from the heart of Pula. The house has 3 bedrooms: 2 on the first floor and 1 on the ground floor; a living room with a TV area; a fully equipped kitchen; 2 bathrooms; a wonderful covered porch of 40 sqm, with separate BBQ area; a well kept garden, with flowers, green plants; above ground pool of 1.50 mts depth; outdoor shower with hot and cold water; private parking. Air-conditioning in the sleeping area and in the living room; washing machine; dishwasher; microwave oven; iron and ironing board, toaster, boiler, etc.
Included in the price: bed linen and toilet towels; beach and pool towels; a house and pool cleaning per each week of stay; cot and a high chair on request.

Summary: The owner is excellent, meeting us at the property to welcome us and providing lots of useful information and a very generous selection of starting off food supplies and cold drinks including local beer- a lovely touch adding to the welcome. The property is beautifully clean and presented. The kitchen is very well stocked with crockery and utensils. A definite home from home. We wanted for nothing. There is a large shady veranda for eating and comfy sofas overlooking a very neat garden and wonderful pool. The aircon was very efficient. It is situated in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood with a small beach just along the lane. The housekeeper was very discreet. We loved the house, location and everything about our holiday. This property is a real Sardinian gem!
