Negative: I asked for a pickup from bus stop and was offered during the booking..but after reaching the bus stop the person who took phone calls refused to provide pickup and we walked by foot and two big trolling and a small kid to the hotel in the snowing and windy condition.. that was bit disgusting .. remaining everything was perfect and met all our expectations and above
