Positive: Federico Is the best. He gave us so much info about Genova and cool places to visit. Just wow. The room was clean and warm, well-prepared. One pillow wasn't enough for me, but Federico prepared a few more in the wardrobe, so absolutely no issue. The view was amazing. When I get back to Genova, this place is where I am going to stay again, no doubt.
